Mentor and train new recruiters, fostering a culture of growth and development.</div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring timely review of resumes and efficient processing of candidates. Directly recruit as necessary to meet order deadlines.</div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Client and Sales Coordination: Collaborate with clients, sales, and onboarding teams to fulfill staffing orders and ensure efficient operations.
