Job Description: Parts Manager
Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Summary:
We are currently looking for a Parts Manager to work for an industry leading manufacturer in the Milwaukee area. In this role, you will ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of parts in addition to maintaining optimal inventory levels in house. This is a DIRECT HIRE role that is available immediately.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of parts orders, both domestic and international, in addition to kits and fabricated/machined heavy parts, with a variety of lead times.
  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels in-house to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production and repair operations.
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to develop forecasts and implement strategies to ensure ongoaing.
  • Responsible for annual inventory count.
  • Manage a team of up to 4 employees in the parts department.
  • Up to 10% travel as needed.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience working in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Infor Visual)
  • Experience analyzing and managing inventory levels, preferably in the automotive, power or heavy equipment industries
