LEAD Technical

Salary: $65000.00

 Job Summary:
 
Customer liaison for reporting and external failures, Internal liaison for quality problems to include problem solving and follow-up, continuous improvement activities (i.e., scrap reduction, downtime reduction, etc.). This job could also require extensive travel domestically and internationally.
 
Essential Job Functions
  1. Daily review and disposition of customer returns
  2. Problem solving/analysis of returns
  3. Monthly PPM reporting (customer/internal)
  4. Monthly MQC (Control Plan)/IS/FMEA audits
  5. Customer support (meetings, planning, documentation)
  6. Support operations (production of parts)
  7. Warranty parts analysis, when requested by the Warranty QE
  8. Service part (create inspection standard, resolve SQPR issues)
  9. Daily Kaizen reporting on plant floor
  10. Lead Daily Strike Team Meetings until issues are closed out
  11. Support QC Technicians in decision making
  12. Support Lab Technician
  13. Lead Scrap Reduction Team & improve top issues with Production Department
  14. Submit Continuous Improvement ideas
  15. Lead Internal / External Audits – IATF system knowledge
  16. Other items as directed by Quality Manager
 
Job Type: Full-time, Salary
Hours:  M-F 7am start to 4-5pm, some Saturday work when necessary.
