We are seeking a Marine Outside Machinist to become part of our team!

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintenance, repair, and installation of ships propulsion and auxiliary systems. (Steam, Gas, Diesel, Rudders, Steering gear, elevators, and deck equipment)
Installation, repair, and maintenance of ships fluid systems. (Pumps, compressors, purifiers, heat exchangers, actuators, and valves)
Analyze defects and repair electrical mechanical systems of outboard motors.
Replace parts such as gears, magneto points, piston rings, and spark plugs

Requirements for this role include:

Minimum of 5 years of marine/ or shipyard experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics
Ability to pass a background check for base access (DBIDS)
Can work at heights or in confined spaces
