LEAD Technical is the latest division of the LEAD network, and the result of a recent merger between Automatic and LEAD. The new division is focused on serving customers across the United States, identifying and attracting skilled and technical workers across multiple skillsets including engineering, skilled trades, IT, office support and professional placement. Meet Our Team
Dave has spent over 20 years in the recruiting and staffing industry. His experience spans nearly every facet of the business, from internal talent acquisition to executive search to high-volume staffing. He has the knowledge and hands-on experience to solve staffing problems of all shapes and sizes. Since he has worked in recruiting, sales, and recruiting leadership, he has expertise in creating long-lasting partnerships with high-tech, manufacturing, and defense organizations, providing holistic solutions that save his clients time and money. In addition to his years supporting these industries as a recruiter, he also spent five years as the owner of an electronic component distributor, selling to electronic manufacturers worldwide.
Steve joins the LEAD Technical team bringing over a decade of staffing industry experience and business development expertise, consistently providing recruiting and staffing solutions to enterprise level IT, Telecom, Construction, and Manufacturing customers across the US. Steve brings a proven track record of building fit-to-purpose teams for his customers and believes in providing white glove service to all customers with full lifecycle recruitment and project management. Steve will be focused on expanding LEAD Technical’s footprint in Phoenix, AZ and the greater Southwest region.
Max brings more than a decade of expertise providing technical and professional staffing solutions in support of Government and Commercial sector clients to the new LEAD Technical Phoenix location. Max has been committed to building and deploying high performing teams, developing long-lasting customer relationships and establishing a vast network of candidate talent. With a passion for Account Management and Recruiting, Max works to provide white glove service that meet customer demands in the fields of IT, Telecom, Construction and Manufacturing. Alongside Steve Kreese, Max will be focused on expanding LEAD Technical’s footprint in Phoenix, AZ and the greater Southwest region.
Jason Wheat is a seasoned and results-driven recruiting and business development professional within the manufacturing/engineering spaces, harnessing over 20 years of extensive expertise within the professional, technical, and light industrial/commercial staffing sectors. Known for his solutions-oriented approach, Jason excels in overseeing the complete business cycle, adeptly managing business development and recruiting while guiding his clients and teams to success. He specializes in serving his clients with the top talent they are looking for by providing professional and executive search services and contract, project, and direct hire solutions.
